We pack each item professionally inside a heavy-duty box. We take great care to ensure items arrive safely and are happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition when replacement items are available. Please keep in mind that this site sells handcrafted (often one-of-a-kind) items that are not mass produced and may not be readily replaceable.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item(s) ship. You will also be provided the tracking number of your package. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification we sent upon shipment.
If you have not received your item within 14 business days from the date it was sent please contact email@example.com.
Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will gladly exchange it for a similar item of equal value. We will replace with stock pieces or contact the artist to make a brand new piece when possible. Please notify us via phone at 828-359-5005 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 business day of receipt. Please take several photos of the box including the outside of the box showing the shipping label, the packaging and the items inside, email them to email@example.com. After taking the photos, please save all packing materials and the damaged items. UPS may request the items.
We do our best to accurately depict and describe the items on the website, and we ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and, by nature, may have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact us within 10 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition and in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be provided with packaging instructions. Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items.
Buyer is responsible for damage in return transit.
In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
After a 10 day grace period from delivery date, all sales are final.
In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.
